摘 要:为了研究城市管道多孔泄漏规律,建立了管道多孔泄漏物理模型,并运用Fluent软件对管道多孔泄漏进行数值模拟,得到了不同压力、不同泄漏孔径、不同介质以及单双孔情况下管道泄漏孔处压力、流速等的变化规律。采用DN150钢管,在0.2、0.4 MPa下进行实验,对模拟结果进行验证。模拟和实验结果表明:无论管道压力大小,泄漏孔口处的压力随管道压力的增大而呈线性增长;泄漏孔外压力与流速随泄漏孔径的增大而增大,但当泄漏孔扩大到一定程度时,泄漏出口流速将减小;液体管道内的流速波动明显,而气体管道的流速沿中心轴对称均匀分布;双孔泄漏出口压力大于单孔泄漏,但流速小于单孔泄漏。In order to study the rule of porous leakage in urban pipe-lines,a physical model of porous pipe leakage was established.Fluent software was used to simulate porous leakage in pipelines.The effects of different pressures,different leakage apertures,dif-ferent media and single and double holes on pipe leakage were ob-tained.The laws of pressure change and flow velocity change were obtained.The experiments under 0.2 and 0.4 MPa by DN150 steel pipe were carried out to verify the simulation results.The simula-tion and experiment results showed that the pressure at the leakage orifice increases linearly with the increase of the pipeline pressure,regardless of the pipeline pressure.With the increase of leakage ap-erture,the pressure and flow rate at the outside of the leak hole in-creases,but when the leakage hole expands to a certain extent,the flow rate of the leaking outlet will decrease.The wave of flow ve-locity in the liquid pipeline is obvious,while the flow velocity of the gas pipeline is evenly distributed along the center,and the out-let pressure of double holes leakage is greater than that of single hole leakage.
