摘 要:绞吸挖泥船因其结构复杂和工作状态特殊性,振动特性会异于常规船型,需对其进行振动特性分析.文中以5 000m3/h非自航绞吸挖泥船为研究对象,对全船结构进行总体振动特性分析和研究,讨论了不同工况条件下船舶振动特性的差异,分析了不同附连水质量计算方法对船舶总振动固有特性的影响,以及上层建筑对船舶总体振动模态的影响,得到了一些有益结论.文中采用的计算方法和相关结论为同类型船舶的振动特性分析研究提供参考.Because of its structural complexity and particularity of working condition,the vibration characteristics of a non self-propelled cutter suction dredger are different from those of conventional ships.Taking a 5 000 m 3/h non self-propelled cutter suction dredger as the study subject,this study focused on its overall vibration characteristics,discussed the differences of ship vibration characteristics in different load cases,analyzed the effect of different added water mass calculation methods and the influence of superstructure on the overall vibration modes of ships,and finally led to some positive results.The calculation method adopted in this study and corresponding conclusions could to some extent provide reference values for analyzing the vibration characteristics of the same type of ship.
