摘 要:针对200 t/h大容量D型燃气锅炉水动力学特点,通过比较系统运行压差与各管排停滞压差来区分多排对流管束区域中上升管与下降管,获得了下降管数量随工况变化的规律.并根据确定的下降管数量进行了该型锅炉自然循环水动力学计算,进一步对该锅炉在不同工况下水动力学特性参数变化趋势进行了分析,为该型大容量D型燃气锅炉的设计与安全运行提供了理论依据.This paper aims at the hydrodynamic characteristics of 200 t/h large capacity D-type gas boiler.By comparing the differential pressure of the system operation and the stagnation pressure of each tube,the rising and falling pipes in the area of multiple rows of convection tubes were distinguished,and the rule of the number of falling pipe with the changing of working condition was obtained.The dynamic calculation of natural circulation water of the boiler was carried out according to the number of the down tubes,and the dynamic characteristic parameters of the boiler in different conditions were analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and safe operation of this type of large capacity D gas boiler.
