育苗密度和施肥方法对水曲柳播种苗生长发育的影响

摘　　要：以水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.)播种苗为研究材料,观察水曲柳不同育苗密度和养分梯度处理下苗木生长和根系的发育情况,比较侧根直径、长度、分布范围和主根长等方面的变化,确定水曲柳适宜的育苗密度和养分梯度。结果表明:育苗密度为200株/m^2和150株/m^2时,水曲柳苗高、地径及生物量均高于250株/m^2的育苗密度;育苗密度为200株/m^2的主根长比育苗密度250株/m^2显著提高了60.85%,侧根直径较150株/m^2育苗密度提高了3.21%。生长结束时,1倍指数施肥的苗高、地径、生物量均优于2倍指数施肥和常规施肥。因此,苗木生长、根系发育和育苗效益,床作水曲柳适宜的育苗密度为200株/m^2,宜采用1倍指数施肥。Seedlings of Fraxinus mandshurica were used to study the effect of different seedbed densities and nutrient gradients.The suitable seedling density and fertilization method were determined not only by the growth status,but also by the changes of root diameter,distribution range of lateral root and length of the tap root.Under 200 and 150 seedlings/m 2 seedbed density,the seedling height,the root collar diameter and seedling biomass were higher than those of 250 seedlings/m 2.The main root length of 200 seedlings/m 2 seedbed density was 60.85%higher than that of 250 seedlings/m 2,while the diameter of the lateral root was 3.21%higher than that of 150 seedlings/m 2.At the end of the growth,the height,diameter,biomass of exponential fertilization were better than constant fertilization and double exponential fertilization.According to the seedling growth,root development and seedling benefit,the optimum seedling density was 200 seedlings/m 2,and exponential fertilization of 1 was more suitable.
