芍药科植物叶片生理生化物质对苹褐卷叶蛾取食偏好作用

摘  要:通过对苹褐卷叶蛾(Pandemis heparana)危害芍药科(Paeoniaceae)各植物情况的调查发现,在牡丹各品种间虫口密度无差异(P>0.05),而芍药无被害发生。为揭示此机理,对西北牡丹(Paeonia rockii)、凤丹(P.ostii)、中原牡丹(P.suffruticosa)、芍药(P.lactiflora)叶片胞间CO2摩尔分数、叶绿素质量分数以及化学物质的变化进行了分析。结果表明:芍药生物总碱质量浓度及可溶性糖质量分数较其他3种牡丹高(P<0.05),与苹褐卷叶蛾为害强度显著负相关(R=-0.987,P=0.012 6;R=-0.989,P=0.011);类黄酮和蛋白质质量分数虽在多数品种间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),但相关分析表明,蛋白质质量分数高低与苹褐卷叶蛾为害强度并无直接关系(R=-0.221,P=0.779)。生理指标中,各品种间叶绿素质量分数存在显著差异(P<0.05),且与苹褐卷叶蛾为害具有不显著负相关性(R=-0.913,P=0.090);胞间CO2摩尔分数在各品种间无显著差异,与苹褐卷叶蛾危害强度呈微弱正相关(R=0.006,P=0.994)。经线性拟合分析,苹褐卷叶蛾虫口密度与生物碱质量浓度、可溶性糖质量分数及叶绿素质量分数拟合优度高(R=0.992;R=0.910;R=0.820)。Through investigating Pandemis heparana population,we found the Paeonia lactiflora wasn’t attacked by P.heparana,but all the three peony(Paeonia rockii,P.suffruticosa and Paeonia ostii)were damaged.For checking the reason,the CO 2 content,chlorophyll and compound contents of Paeoniaceae were analyzed.It was the higher alkaloids and soluble sugar content in P.lactiflora than three others(P<0.05),and significantly negative correlation with P.heparana population(R=-0.987,P=0.012 6;R=-0.989,P=0.011).Although flavonoid and protein content changed significantly among the peony species(P<0.05;P<0.05),there was almost no relationship with pest density,especial for protein(R=-0.221,P=0.779).The chlorophyll content had significantly marked in Paeoniaceae(P<0.05),and negatively correlation with the pest population(R=-0.913,P=0.090).CO 2 didn’t play the key defensive role in P.heparana(R=0.006,P=0.994).Chi-square goodness of fit tests showed the alkaloids,soluble sugar,chlorophyll content have the higher value(R 2=0.818;R 2=0.842;R 2=0.653),which could interpret the P.heparana feeding preference.
