摘　　要：为了筛选松沫蝉(Aphrophora flavipes)最佳防治药剂和药效最佳稀释倍数,进行了室内外试验。结果表明:稀释400倍的吡虫啉和苦参碱处理的松沫蝉死亡率最高,而且能有效干扰松沫蝉体内羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性,表现为诱导、抑制作用,且不同处理时间存在明显差异;野外防治试验结果表明,15m L吡虫啉400倍稀释液或20 m L苦参碱400倍稀释液树干打孔注药防治对松沫蝉若虫防治效果最佳,吡虫啉400倍稀释液喷雾防治对松沫蝉成虫防治效果最佳。Screening for optimal control agent and dilution times in the lab,imidacloprid and matrine diluting 400 times had the highest rate of killing Aphrophora flavipes Uhler,and they could effectively disturb caboxylesterase(CarE),acetylcholinesterase(AchE)and gultathione S transferases(GST)in A.flavipes Uhler,which showed the induction and inhibition,and were obvious differences in different processing times.In addition,the results in field control experiment showed that imidacloprid diluting 400 times with 15 mL or matrine diluting 400 times with 20 mL has the best effect on A.flavipes Uhler nymph by boring holes and injection pesticides;the imidacloprid diluting 400 times has the best effect on A.flavipes Uhler adult by spray control.
