摘　　要：介绍了混凝土管桩生产自带自动夹具的专用起重机,详述了混凝土管桩生产的工况特点及起重机司机的操作习惯,针对性地提出了该起重机各机构、结构的性能参数、设计要点,对混凝土管桩生产起重机的设计具有借鉴作用。This paper introduces the special crane with automatic clamp for concrete pipe pile production,expounds the working condition characteristics of concrete pipe pile production and the operation habit of crane drivers,and pinpoints the performance parameters and design key points of each part and structure of the crane,which can be used as a reference for the design of the crane for concrete pipe pile production.
