摘 要:核环行起重机因其应用场合的特殊性,对吊载的定位精度有严格的要求。三代核环行起重机通过新型水平导向装置、无轮缘的桥架结构支撑于环形轨道上,在一定工况下,桥架变形必然引起定位误差。通过建立核环行起重机金属结构的力学模型,基于Ansys对其桥架结构进行了不同组合情况下的有限元分析。结果表明:在额定吊载条件下,桥架变形对精确定位影响的程度较小;在相同条件下,水平导向装置主要提供回转支撑作用,对定位精度几乎不产生影响;该环行起重机采用的新型结构设计,能满足水平定位误差±5 mm的精度要求。Due to its special application site,the polar crane for nuclear power plant has strict requirements on the positioning accuracy of crane load.The 3rd generation polar crane for nuclear power plant is supported on the circular track through the new horizontal guiding device and the bridge structure without rim.Under certain working conditions,the bridge deformation will inevitably cause positioning errors.By establishing a mechanical model of polar crane for nuclear power plant,the finite element analysis of the bridge structure under several different combinations is carried out through Ansys.The results show that under the rated crane load condition,the bridge deformation has little influence on the accurate positioning;under the same conditions,the horizontal guiding device mainly provides rotary support,and it has little influence on the positioning accuracy;new structural design adopted by polar crane for nuclear power plant can meet the accuracy requirement of 5 mm horizontal positioning error.
