摘　　要：通过对尿素装置水解系统运行中出现的习惯性泄漏现象,系统进行了针对性的调整分析,找出了水解系统解析塔换热器习惯性泄漏的原因,提出措施加以解决处理。In view of the habitual leakage phenomenon occurred in the operation of the hydrolysis system of the urea plant was adjusted and analyzed,the system carried on the targeted adjustment analysis,found out the cause of habitual leakage of the analytical tower heat exchanger in the hydrolysis system,and put forward measures to solve the problem
