摘　　要：MTBE的装置流程中,包括有原料储存单元、甲醇预处理单元、产品精制单元和产品储存单元等内容,其中MTBE反应单元的内容较为关键,为了强化相关人员对这方面内容的认识,本文以MTBE装置预反应器催化剂失活原因展开深入的分析,希望能够起到一些积极的参考作用。The MTBE unit process includes raw material storage unit,methanol pretreatment unit,product refining unit and product storage unit,among which the content of MTBE reaction unit is more critical.In order to strengthen the understanding of relevant personnel on this aspect,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the catalyst deactivation of the pre-reactor catalyst in MTBE unit,hoping to play some positive reference role.
