摘 要:TiB_2粉体高温烧结性差严重制约了其作为超高温陶瓷材料在航空航天方面的推广应用。研究表明,加入一些助熔剂制备成TiB_2基复合材料是改善该材料烧结性的有效手段。本文综述了几类TiB_2基复合材料及其性能改善情况。在此基础上介绍了TiB_2基复合材料的发展现状,并提出了提高TiB_2基材料成型性能方面的措施及今后的发展方向。The poor high temperature sinterability of TiB2 powder seriously restricts its popularization and application in aerospace as an ultra-high temperature ceramic material.The research shows that adding some fluxing agents to prepare TiB2 matrix composite is an effective method to improve the sinterability of the material.This paper summarizes several kinds of TiB2 matrix composites and their performance improvement situation.Based on this,this paper introduces the development status of TiB2 matrix composites,and puts forward some measures to improve the formability of TiB2 matrix composites and the development direction in the future.
