摘　　要：美国卫生保健质量和研究署于2013年提出了诊所-社区关系测量框架(clinical-community relationships measures atlas,CCRM atlas),以促进疾病预防服务和慢性病管理的质量改进。文章通过对CCRM框架的研究范围、目的、内容和相关应用进行介绍,了解社区资源如何在提高疾病防治工作质量中发挥作用。从加强对社区资源提高疾病防治工作质量重要性的认识,完善政策支持,促进协调合作,构建开发与利用评价体系几方面,促进社区资源的开发与利用,提高我国疾病防治工作的质量。The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ)presented clinical-community relationships measures atlas(CCRM atlas)in 2013.The CCRM atlas aims to improve the quality of disease prevention and chronic disease management.This paper introduced the research scope,purpose,content and related applications of CCRM atlas,to understand the role of community resources in improving the quality of disease control and prevention.It is suggested to promote the exploration and utilization of community resources and improve the quality of disease control and prevention in our country from several aspects:improving the awareness of the importance of community resources in enhancing the quality of disease control and prevention,improving the supporting policies,strengthening coordination and cooperation,and establishing the evaluation system.
