摘 要:随着中国经济力量和国际地位的上升,中国文化"走出去"的重要性愈显突出,承载着传播中国文化、塑造国家形象、服务于国家政治和经济目标的重要使命。中国文化"走出去"已经迈出了坚实的步伐,但在遵循国际传播规律、突出文化引领,增强阐释中国文化"IP"之能力,正确、均衡处理好文化的民族性与普适性、文化传统与文化现代性之间的关系等关键战略问题上仍然存在着不可忽视的短板。只要"观念复位"、"阐释得力"和"创新有道",中国文化"走出去"的路径就会越来越宽广。With the rise of economic power and international influence of China,it becomes important for Chinese culture going global,which bears the important mission of disseminating Chinese culture,shaping national image and serving for national political and economic goal.Over the past years,great improvements of Chinese culture going global have been made.However,quite a number of problems concerning key strategies,such as following international communication laws,highlighting the guidance of culture through strengthening the ability of interpreting Chinese culture“IP”,handling the relationships between nationality and universality,tradition and modernity of culture in a appropriate and balanced manner,etc.It is suggested in this paper that the“Chinese-culture-going-global”strategy is expected to have a bright future by means of concept restoration,sufficient interpretation and proper innovation.
