摘　　要：民族地区少数民族青年未就业人口较多,并且大多数依赖父母或家人供养,外出务工人员较少。这主要是因为部分青年自身信心不足,缺乏改变现状的积极愿望,也缺乏社会资本。政府需要从优化教育结构、拓展社会资本、加强思想工作、推动社区就业等方面入手,提高少数民族青年就业水平。The unemployed population of ethnic youth in ethnic areas is larger,and most of them rely on their parents or family members to support them.This is mainly due to the lack of self-confidence of some young people,positive desire to change the status quo,and social capital.The government needs to optimize the educational structure,expand social resources,strengthen ideological work and promote community employment to improve the employment level of ethnic minority youth.
