摘　　要：通过分析由金融创新引发的问题,结合金融创新在金融危机中的作用,提出为防范金融创新风险应加强对金融创新方向的正确引导、完善相关法律法规,构建综合监管体系、建立风险隔离,提高各金融机构的抗风险能力、保护投资者利益,完善我国金融创新要解放思想,加快金融业的改革,我国的金融创新与金融监管需要同步提高。This paper analyzes the problems caused by financial innovation,discusses the role of financial innovation in the financial crisis,and puts forward some suggestions for preventing financial innovation risks and improving financial innovation.We should strengthen the correct guidance to the direction of financial innovation,improve the relevant laws and regulations,and build a comprehensive supervision system;establish risk isolation mechanism,and improve the anti-risk ability of various financial institutions;and protect the interests of investors.At the same time,we must emancipate our minds and speed up the reform of financial sector,so as to ensure that China s financial innovation and financial regulation will be improved at the same time.
