摘  要:通过测试富液式铅酸电池在不同充电温度下的负极析氢电位,分析不同状态下隔板的显微照片和充电期间的电压变化,对3种PE隔板进行比较研究发现:C型隔板在30℃对锑离子的阻挡效果最好;A型隔板在50℃对锑离子阻挡效果最好。上述现象与隔板在不同状态下的孔率、孔径变化有直接关系。By testing the hydrogen evolution potential with LSV method and analyzing the microscopic images of separators under different conditions and the voltage changes during the charging process at different charging temperature,three types of PE separators are compared and studied.The results show that the antimony ion mobility is low respectively when the type C of PE separators are used at 30℃,and the type A of PE separators are used at 50℃,which is directly related to the porosity and pore diameter of PE separators under different conditions.
