摘　　要：GB 50137-2011《城市用地分类与规划建设用地标准》是我国城乡规划领域的重要技术规范,是城市规划编制与管理不可或缺的重要技术支撑。为落实生态文明体制改革、中央城市工作会议等新要求,住房和城乡建设部于2015年9月正式启动了对这一标准的新一轮修订。本文基于对标准制定、修订历程的回顾,借鉴英国、加拿大、日本等发达国家的相关经验,细述在新形势新背景下本次标准修订的指导思想和新思路。GB 50137-2011 Code for Classification of Urban Land Use and Planning Standards of Development Land is an important technology standard in the city and town planning in China,which is a key and indispensable support for urban planning compile and management.In order to implement the new requirements of ecological civilization system reform and central cities working conference,a new round of amendments to this standard was officially launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in September 2015.Based on the review of the courses of standard formulation and revision,by learning from the experiences of developed countries such as Britain,Canada and Japan etc.,the paper details the guiding ideology and new ideas of such standard revision under the new situation and background.
