基于用户满意度调查的近郊高密度封闭住区户型研究--以重庆市为例

摘　　要：随着中国城镇化的快速推进,近郊高密度封闭住区成为中国城市的一个重要的空间现象。但在既有研究成果中,对该类住区住宅户型的关注相对较少,尤其缺少基于用户视角的实证调研。针对此问题,本文以重庆两个典型近郊高密度封闭住区为案例,开展以居民满意度为核心的户型使用后评价调查,得到详细的人群户型需求,形成具体的住宅户型评价,进而推导出户型设计的响应策略。研究成果可以为该类型住区的开发、设计与管理提供参考。With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China,high-density gated residential communities in the suburbs have become an important spatial phenomenon in Chinese cities.However,in the existing research results,there are relatively few concerns about the house types in such type of residential communities,and particularly there is a lack ofempirical research based on users'perspective.In response to such problem,this paper,by taking two typical suburban high-density gated residential communities in Chongqing as examples,provides a post occupancy evaluation survey with residents'satisfaction as the core.The detailed population-based house type demand is obtained,the specific house type evaluation is formed,and the house type design response strategies are proposed.The research results can provide a reference for the development,design and management of this type of residential communities.
