摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业也迎来了一个新的发展机遇和挑战,加强建筑信息化建设对于我国而言很有必要。本文主要分析了BIM在装配式建筑设计、生产、装配全过程中的应用,对BIM技术以及EPC过程总承包管理模式的进行一定了解,以期能够为今后的自然研究提供参考,从而促进建筑信息化发展。With the continuous development of China's economy,the construction industry is facing new development opportunities and challenges.It is necessary for our country to strengthen the construction of building informatization.This paper mainly analyzes the application of BIM in the whole process of design,production and fabrication of prefabricated buildings and presents knowledge on BIM technologies and general contracting management model of EPC process with a view of providing a reference and promoting the development of building informatization.
