摘　　要：目的研究分析剖宫产手术使用罗哌卡因与布比卡因腰麻的临床麻醉情况,为临床麻醉提供参考。方法选择我院剖宫产孕妇192例进行研究,对照组患者接受布比卡因麻醉,观察组接收罗哌卡因麻醉,对两组患者的麻醉情况进行对比分析。结果观察组的平均感觉阻滞生效时间、平均最高阻滞平面固定时间均高于对照组,平均感觉阻滞维持时间、平均感觉恢复时间均低于对照组。结论剖宫产产妇接受罗哌卡因的效果较好,不良反应率低。Objective To study and analyze the clinical anaesthesia of ropivacaine and bupivacaine for caesarean section and provide reference for clinical anesthesia.Methods 192 cases of cesarean section in our hospital were selected.The control group was given bupivacaine anesthesia,the observation group was given ropivacaine anesthesia,and the anesthetic situation of the two groups were compared.Results The average effective time of sensory block and average maximum block plane fixation time in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the average time of sensory block maintenance and average sensory recovery time were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The effect of ropivacaine anesthesia for cesarean section women is better,the rate of adverse reaction is low.
