糖尿病性视网膜病变诊断中眼底荧光血管造影的应用意义评价

摘　　要：目的对糖网病诊断中眼底荧光血管造影进行评价并研究其应用价值。方法选取我院接收的糖网病患者224例,所有患者均实施常规眼底检查,结果为常规组。然后均实施眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)检查,结果为试验组。分析比较两个小组的检查结果。结果经过检查后发现,常规组224例患者检查出视网膜病变共计117例,占比例为52.2%,试验组荧光血管造影检查结果为199例,为88.8%,两组各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖网病诊断过程中应用眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)能够有效诊断出不同种类的视网膜病变分期,并且诊断正确率能够保障,灵敏度极高,具有安全可靠性。Objective To evaluate the fundus fluorescein angiography in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopat and to study its application value.Methods 224 diabetic retinopat patients were selected in our hospital.All patients were given routine fundus examination,and the result was as routine group.Then both patients were given fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)examination,the results for the experimental group.The results of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After examination,it was found that there were 117 cases(52.2%)of retinopathy in 224 patients in the routine group,and 199 cases(88.8%)in the experimental group were examined by fluorescein angiography.The difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopat can effectively diagnose different types of retinal lesions staging,and the diagnostic accuracy can be guaranteed,the sensitivity is high,with safety and reliability.
