丙戊酸钠与奥卡西平对癫痫患者血浆hs-CRP、Hcy、ADMA的影响

摘　　要：目的对比癫痫患者采用丙戊酸钠与奥卡西平治疗后血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)的变化。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月我院收治的98例癫痫患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组(采用丙戊酸钠治疗)与研究组(采用奥卡西平治疗)各49例。评价两组治疗前与治疗1年后血浆hs-CRP、Hcy、ADMA的水平。结果治疗1年后研究组Hcy与ADMA水平低于对照组(P<0.05),hs-CRP对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于丙戊酸钠,奥卡西平对血浆Hcy、ADMA水平的影响更小。Objective To compare the plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and dimethylarginine(ADMA)in patients with epilepsy after treatment with sodium valproate and oxcarbazepine.Methods A total of 98 epileptic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with sodium valproate)and a study group(treated with oxcarbazepine),49 cases in each group.The levels of plasma hs-CRP,Hcy,and ADMA were evaluated before and after treatment in both groups.Results After one year of treatment,the levels of Hcy and ADMA were lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hs-CRP level(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with sodium valproate,oxcarbazepine has less effect on plasma Hcy and ADMA levels.
