摘　　要：目的探究去氨加压素在前列腺电切术中应用对术中出血量的影响。方法选取前列腺电切术患者60例,时间为2016年5月—2017年3月,随机分组,其中实验组术前给予去氨加压素干预,对照组则实施等量生理盐水干预。结果两组前列腺电切术患者的TT、APTT水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术中出血量、止血时间、手术时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺电切术患者接受去氨加压素干预,能够有效对其术中出血量进行控制。Objective To explore the effect of the application of desmopressin on the amount of bleeding during the prostatic resection.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing TURP were selected from May 2016 to March 2017.The patients in the experimental group were treated with desmopressin before operation,while those in the control group received the same amount of normal saline.Results There was no significant difference in TT and APTT level between the 2 groups of prostate electrocision patients(P>0.05),and the intraoperative bleeding volume,hemostasis time and operative time in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients receiving prostatic electrocision intervention can effectively control the amount of bleeding during the operation.
