摘 要:细胞的生物电现象分为静息电位和动作电位。像脑电图(EEG)、心电图(ECG)、肌电图(EMG)、视网膜电图(ERG)、耳蜗电图(ECoch G)、胃肠电图(EGEG)等体表电图,就是大脑皮质、心脏、骨骼肌、视网膜、耳蜗和胃肠等器官组织活动时,用相应的仪器通过放置于体表一定部位的电极引导而记录的对应器官的生物电活动。器官水平的生物电活动是在细胞水平生物电活动的基础上由众多细胞生物电活动综合形成的。一旦某器官的结构或功能发生改变,该器官的生物电活动也可能发生相应的变化。因此,对于细胞生物电现象的研究在临床上有着重要的理论意义和广泛的使用价值。The bioelectricity of cells is divided into resting potential and action potential.Like electroencephalography(EEG),electrocardiogram(ECG),electromyography(EMG),electroretinogram(ERG),electrocochleogram(ECochG),electrogastroenterogram(EGEG),and other surface electrical diagram,is the cerebral cortex,heart,skeletal muscle,the retina,the cochlea,and gastrointestinal tissues such as activities,using the corresponding instruments through the guidance of electrodes placed in certain parts of the body surface and recorded the electrical activity of the corresponding organs.The biological electrical activity of organ level is formed by the synthesis of many cell bioelectrical activities on the basis of cell level bioelectrical activity.Once the structure or function of an organ changes,the biological electrical activity of the organ may change accordingly.Therefore,the research on cell bioelectricity has important theoretical significance and extensive use value in clinical practice.
