摘　　要：目的总结并归纳三种固定方式护理多发性肋骨骨折患者时,具体的效果。方法从我院2016年8月—2017年9月选取90例已确诊为多发性肋骨骨折患者作为研究对象,分为三组,其中以胸带+垫包扎作为主要护理方式的30例患者简称为A组,以胸带包扎+粘贴胸部护板作为主要护理方式的30例患者简称为B组,以胸带包扎+肋骨切开内固定护理为主的30例患者简称为C组,对比三组患者在接受护理后的固定有效例数,对三种护理手段的护理效果进行评估。结果本次研究中录入的90例患者,经过有针对性的护理措施后,康复效果显著,全部康复出院。结论三种方法胸廓固定护理多发性肋骨骨折患者时,需要根据患者的实际情况,灵活选择护理方式,提高患者的护理效果。Objective To summarize and summarize the specific effects of three fixation methods for patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods From August 2016 to September 2017,90 patients in our hospital who had been diagnosed with multiple rib fractures were selected as the research object and were divided into three groups.Among them,30 patients with chest band and pad dressing as the main nursing methods were referred to as group A.30 patients were treated with chest bandage and chest board as the main nursing methods were referred to as group B.30 patients were mainly treated with chest bandage plus rib incision and internal fixation were referred to as group C.Then the number of fixed effective cases after nursing was compared between the three groups,and the nursing effects of the three nursing methods were evaluated.Results The 90 patients enrolled in this study had a significant recovery effect after targeted nursing measures,and all of them were recovered and discharged from the hospital.Conclusion When the three methods are fixed for the patients with multiple rib fractures,it is necessary to choose the nursing mode flexibly according to the actual situation of the patients and improve the nursing effect of the patients.
