摘　　要：针对军队研究生生源结构及其他因素对研究生培养质量的影响作用,本文从研究生招生生源结构、导师自身能力素质、科研条件经费投入、学科专业课程设置、学位论文质量管理等方面进行了分析,探讨得出了综合提高军队研究生培养质量的手段和方法。For the influence of the quality of postgraduate training,about the graduate student structure of the army and other factors,this paper was studied.It included the structure of graduate student students,teacher's own ability,financial investment conditions for scientific research,the curriculum of academic disciplines,and thesis management quality,etc.Through the study,the methods of improving the quality of military postgraduate training are obtained.
