摘  要:目的:研究医学研究生复试成绩与个性特征的相关性。方法:采用艾森克个性问卷对参加研究生复试的68名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:报考不同科室的学生EPQ量表四个维度差异都没有统计学意义。报考不同科室学生的笔试和面试成绩加权的差值绝对值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明:E维度分数和复试笔试成绩有相关性(r=0.028,p<0.05),L维度分数和笔试和面试成绩加权的差值绝对值具有相关性(r=-0.261,p<0.05)。男、女生N维度,P维度低于全国常模。结论:复试成绩、个性特征和心理健康水平有一定的相关性。不同个性特征会对医学生在高校研究生复试中的表现产生影响。Objective:to study the relationship between the personality characteristic and the results of re-examinations of the medical postgraduates.Methods:EPQ were used to evaluate 68 candidates taking postgraduate re-examinations 2017.Results:there were no significant differences in the four personality traits of the EPQ for the students who applied for the different departments.The difference in the absolute value of the difference between the written test and the interview results was statistically significant.There was a correlation between the EPQ-E score and written test results in the re-examination.There was a statistical correlation between the EPQ-L score and the absolute value of the difference between the written test and the interview score(r=0.028,p<0.05).The EPQ-N score and EPQ-P score of male and female students were lower than the national norms.Conclusion:the mental health state and personality characteristics are related to the result of postgraduate re-examinations.Different personality characteristics will affect the performance of medical students in the re-examinations of graduate students in colleges and universities.
