摘　　要：以习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的讲话精神为指导,办好我国高校,办出世界一流大学,必须牢牢抓住全面提高人才价值观培养这个核心,并以此来带动高校的其他工作,立足于多元文化的背景下高职学生的价值观教育,厘清多元文化和价值观的基本内涵,明确对这两个概念的界定。In XI Jinping speech on national ideological and political work conference spirit as a guide,do a good job in colleges and universities in our country,do a world-class university,must grasp comprehensively improve talents who values the emphasis,and to drive the other work.Based on the background of multiculturalism,the values of higher vocational students education,clarifying the basic connotation of multiculturalism and values,clearly define the two concepts.
