摘　　要：信访工作作为高校内部工作的重要部分,在治理能力现代化进程中如何使之管理规范化是高校管理工作中需要思考的重要问题。本文旨在探讨在高校治理能力现代化进程中,做好信访工作的重要性,对如何更好地做好及规范化信访工作提出几点思考。As an important part of the internal work of colleges and universities,the work of letters and visits is.How to standardize the management in the process of the modernization of governance ability is an important issue to be considered in the management of colleges and universities.This paper aims to explore the importance of doing well the work of letters and visits in the process of modernization of the governance ability of colleges and universities.How to do well and standardize the work of letters and visits put forward some thoughts.
