摘　　要：以山东理工大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例,结合学校的办学条件和社会需求,对理论课程体系和实践课程体系进行了优化和探索,对创新型人才的培养按照重视基础、加强实践、突出能力、提高素质、注重创新的要求,构建出机械设计制造及其自动化专业的理论教学课程体系和实践教学课程体系,从而为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质本科专门人才提供思路。Taking Mechanical Design Manufacture and Automation major of Shandong University of Technologyas an example,the theoretical course system and practical course system were explored and optimized according to teaching facilities and social needs.The theoretical teaching course system and practical teaching course system were constructed in terms of the training requirements for innovative talents,specifically which is focusing on basic knowledge,strengthening practice teaching,highlighting ability,improving quality and paying attention to innovation.This paper aims to provide ideas for cultivating high quality and specialized graduates who have innovative spirit and practice ability.
