摘　　要：目前,在新疆地区实施现代学徒制的高校微乎其微。我校印刷技术专业遵循基本规律,结合实际情况,因地制宜,率先在招生招工、工学结合、产教融合、导师建设、课程体系、学籍和教学管理、质量监控与评价等诸多方面开展了高职"学徒制"教学改革的实践研究。力求形成特色鲜明的品牌专业,更好地服务当地印刷企业。At present,modern apprenticeship in colleges and universities in xinjiang area is very low.Professional printing technology to follow the basic rules of our school,combining with the actual situation,adjust measures to local conditions,take the lead in the recruitment of students recruitment,combination and fusion education,teachers construction,curriculum system,one's status as a student,and teaching management,quality monitoring and evaluation in many aspects,such as the practice of teaching reform of higher vocational'apprenticeship'research.Strive to form a distinctive brand of professional,better serve the local printing enterprises.
