摘　　要：大学生是祖国的未来和民族的希望,是全面建设小康社会与和谐社会的主力军,是中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。作为青年一代中层次较高的群体,大学生法治观念和契约精神的强弱,将直接影响着我国建设社会主义法治国家的进程。笔者立足工作,借助问卷调查、案例分析和谈心谈话等方法,同时注重比较研究,深入分析当前我校学生法治观念和契约精神现状及问题的原因,从而探索出大学生法治观念和契约精神养成的有效路径。College students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.They are the main force of building a well-off society and a harmonious society in an all-round way.They are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As a higher level group in the younger generation,the strength of the legal sense and the spirit of contract will directly affect the process of building a socialist country under the rule of law.Based on my work,with the help of questionnaires,case analysis and heart to heart talk,I focus on comparative research,and analyze the current situation of our school's legal sense and contract spirit,and study the reasons for its formation,and grasp its characteristics and development rules.So as to explore the effective way to develop the legal sense and the spirit of contract of the college students.
