摘　　要：习近平总书记在考察中国政法大学时强调了法学教育中实践教学的重要意义。虽然当前各高校已经开展了形式多样的课堂外的实践教学活动,但是还应当回归课堂、将课堂教学作为实践教学的主阵地。结合有关生涯规划和职业体验的理论和做法,我校青年教师在环境资源法课堂中开展了纠纷处理实务模拟体验教学模式探索,取得了不错的教学效果。General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of the practice teaching in law education.It is necessary to return to the classroom and take the classroom teaching as the main position of practical teaching.Based on the theory and practice of career planning and career experience,we have explored the experience teaching mode of environmental dispute settlement practice by young teachers,and achieved good teaching results.
