摘　　要：新型农村合作经济组织是市场经济发展过程中的产物,对增加农民收入、解决"三农问题"具有一定的现实意义。本文首先对湖南省农民收入情况和农村合作组织现状进行了描述,随后介绍了湖南省农村合作经济组织类型,对湖南省农村合作经济组织促进农民增收的成效进行总结,分析了湖南省农民增收难的原因分析,最后,从促进农民增收的角度,对湖南省农村合作经济组织机制建设提出建议。The new rural cooperative economic organization is the product of the development of market economy.It has certain practical significance to increase farmers'income and solve the"three rural issues".This paper first describes the current situation of farmers'income in Hunan province and the rural cooperative organization,then introduces the rural cooperative economic organization in Hunan Province,the rural cooperative economic organization in Hunan province to promote farmers'income effect were summarized,analyzed,the reasons for the difficulty in increasing farmers'income in Hunan province from the end,promote the increase of farmers'income point of view,put forward suggestions on the rural cooperative economic organization systemconstruction in Hunan province.
