摘  要:案例教学法是利用案例来启发引导学生理解教材内容的教学方式。食品标准与法规对从事食品相关工作有很重要的作用。针对目前食品标准与法规课程教学中存在的问题,为提升教学效果,天津农学院采取案例教学法,对提高教学效果和学生学习兴趣,培养社会需求的人才起到了积极的作用。Case teaching is a method that uses cases to enlighten students to understand the content of the teaching materials.Food standards and regulations play an important role in the food related work.In view of the existing problems in the teaching of food standards and regulations,Tianjin Agricultural University adopted case teaching method in order to improve teaching effectiveness.This action played a positive role in cultivating talents who can meet social requirements,and improving teaching effectiveness and learning interest.
