学生工作视阈下民办高校加强学风建设的路径探析

摘　　要：近年来,民办高校的办学规模不断扩大,在校生数量不断提高,但民办高校学风方面存在的问题日益突显,制约了学校的内涵发展,影响了人才培养质量的提高。本文结合学风的构成要素阐述了民办高校学风方面存在的问题,从外部环境、学校内部管理、学生自身三个层面对影响民办高校学风建设的因素进行了分析,最后从学生工作视阈下提出了民办高校加强学风建设的路径。In recent years,the scale of private colleges has been expanding,and the number of students has been increasing.However,the problems of study style in private colleges are becoming more and more prominent,restricting the connotation development of the school,and affecting the improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.This paper expounds the problems existing in the study style of private colleges and analyses the factors that influence the construction of study style from the external environment,the internal management of the private colleges and the students themselves.Finally,the paper puts forward the way to strengthen the construction of the study style of the private colleges fromthe perspective of students'work.
