摘　　要：毕业论文作为衡量高校教学质量和办学效率的重要评价内容,是普通高校本科教育的重要环节和模块之一。本文从毕业论文选题和毕业论文研究两个方面,阐述了指导食品科学与工程专业本科生毕业论文工作的一些体会,旨在为指导毕业论文工作提供有益的参考。As an important evaluation content of teaching quality and school running efficiency,graduation thesis is one of the important links and modules of undergraduate education in colleges and universities.From two aspects of graduation thesis topic selection and graduation thesis research,this paper expounds some experience of guiding undergraduate thesis of food science and engineering specialty,which aims to provide useful reference for guiding graduation thesis work.
