摘　　要：军工产品的质量是一个国家综合国力和竞争力的综合体现,而计量检测人员的能力在保证质量方面起着重要作用,通过阐述计量检测能力对军工产品质量的控制及影响作用,提出提高计量检测人员的能力的方法与构建,从而更加完善保证军工产品的质量。The ability of the metric detection personnel takes an important role in the military products quality which is an essential component of overall national strength.By illustrating the influence of the metric detection ability for the military products quality,it puts up with the methods to enhance the management of the military quality management.
