摘  要:在小电流接地系统中,单相接地故障与电磁式电压互感器(PT)铁磁谐振引起的过电压经常发生,给电网的安全运行带来很大隐患。单相接地故障与铁磁谐振尤其是基频谐振故障都表现为零序电压升高,容易导致误判。基于希尔伯特变换原理,利用故障时零序分量的相位差来判断基频谐振与单相接地故障,在实际应用中具有良好的前景。In a small current grounding system,single-phase grounding fault and overvoltage faults caused by electromagnetic voltage transformer(PT)ferromagnetic resonance are very frequent,which seriously affects the safe operation of the distribution network.The single-phase grounding fault is similar to the ferromagnetic resonance fault,appear as an elevated zero sequence voltage,especially it is difficult to distinguish between fundamental frequency resonance and single-phase grounding fault,and result in errors of the type of faults.Based on the principle of Hilbert transformation,it use the phase difference between zero sequence current and zero sequence voltage at fault occurrence to distinguishing between fundamental frequency resonance and single-phase grounding fault.It has a good prospect in practical application.
