摘 要:我们采用田间小区试验研究了不同磷肥用量对低磷土壤油麦菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明,与不施磷肥相比,不同施磷量均使油麦菜产量提高,其中以P4提高最多。不同磷肥用量对油麦菜营养特性影响各异。P5使油麦菜叶的维生素C含量提高,其余处理均降低;P1使油麦菜叶可溶性糖、氨基酸含量提高,其余处理均降低;而P3使油麦菜叶片硝酸盐含量降低,其余均提高其含量。不同磷肥用量对油麦菜养分含量的影响不同,P3和P4使油麦菜叶片全氮提高;P1和P4使油麦菜叶的全磷提高。除P2和P3外,其余处理均不同程度的提高油麦菜叶片全钾含量。在一定施磷量范围内,油麦菜对磷素的吸收和利用率随施肥量的增加而提高,其中以P4处理达到最高。Field experiments were carried out to determine effects of different phosphate(P)rate on yields and quality of lettuce in the soil low in phosphorus.Results indicated that yields of lettuce were increased by P treatments as compared to the no P treatment and the maximum yield was achieved in the P 4 treatment.Different P rates affected quality of lettuce differently.Contents of vitamin C were increased in the P 5 treatment but decreased in the others.Soluble sugar and amino acid contents in lettuce were increased in the P 1 treatment and reduced in the others.Except P 3,nitrate content in lettuce leaf were enhanced.Amounts of nutrients in lettuce varied with P rates.Total N in lettuce leaf was enhanced in the P 3 and P 4 treatments,and total P was increased in the P 1 and P 4 treatments.Expect P 2 and P 3,total K was increased in the other treatments.To certain extent,P uptake and use efficiency by lettuce were increased with P rates,and the highest was obtained from the P 4 treatment.
