摘 要:采用加速溶剂萃取-串联色谱质谱联用法测定土壤中多环芳烃。土壤样品与无水硫酸钠混合后,用丙酮、二氯甲烷(体积比1∶1)在加速溶剂萃取仪上以10.3 Mpa、80℃提取5 min,用串联质谱检测器进行分析,土壤中16种多环芳烃的回收率在81.6%~106.0%。该法分离效果良好,线性关系和灵敏度较高。The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in soil were determined by accelerated solvent extraction(ASE)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).After the mixture of soil samples and anhydrous sodium sulfate,the acetone and dichloromethane with the volume ratio of 1∶1 were used to extract the PAHs for 5 minutes from accelerated Solvent Extractor at 10.3 Mpa and 80℃.The mass spectrometer detector was used for analysis.The results showed that the recovery of 16 kinds of PAHs in soils could be between 81.6%and 106.0%.It is proved that the method can get wider linear relationships and higher sensitivity.It also has sound separation effects.
