关天经济区的贫困问题及对策浅析

摘　　要：本文从关天经济区的贫困现状入手,从思想保守落后、主动创新能力不强、环境退化和污染过度、教育质量低下等方面剖析了其致贫因素,提出了重建反贫困文化价值体系、加大基础教育投入、大力提高生产力、优化交通运输规划、调整政策等对策建议,旨在解决关天经济区的贫困问题,促进其可持续发展。In this paper,the poverty situations of Guantian Economic Zone were firstly studied.Then the factors that causing the poverty were analyzed,including conservative and backward thoughts,poor innovation ability,environmental degradation and too much pollution,low education quality and etc..To solve the poverty problems and promote the sustainable development,it is proposed to reestablish anti-poverty cultural value system,increase the investment in basic education,improve productivity,optimize transportation planning,adjust policies and etc..
