五种状态方程对饱和气液相密度的预测

摘  要:工业中常使用一些状态方程来解决纯物质气液相平衡问题,对于预测纯物质饱和气液相密度,方程的模拟计算结果与实验值之间存在偏差。为了获得精确的预测结果,对五种状态方程进行编程,对工业中常见的10种物质的饱和气液相密度进行预测,并与实验值进行比较,做出误差分析。结果表明:预测饱和气相密度,五种方程的模拟计算结果都很准确;对于预测饱和液相密度,BWRS方程和改进后的SRK方程模拟计算精度非常高,因改进后的SRK方程参数少,操作更容易,所以改进后的SRK方程有望在相关领域得到广泛的应用。In industry,some state equations are commonly used to solve gas-liquid phase equilibrium problem of the pure substance.For predicating pure substance saturated gas-liquid phase density,there are some deviations between the simulated calculation results and the experimental values.In order to obtain accurate predicating results,five state equations are programmed to predict the saturated gas-liquid density of ten kinds of common substances in industry is predicted and compared with the experimental values.Then the error analysis is carried out.The results show for predicting saturated gas phase density,simulated results of five equations are very accurate;for predicting saturated liquid,the improved SRK equation and BWRS equation have very high accuracy,and the improved SRK equation is expected to be widely used due to its less parameters and easier operation.
