摘 要:西北油田产量中稠油占50%,低油价下,稀油缺口、稀油与稠油价差是限制稠油产能提升和开发效益的两大瓶颈,急需开展塔河稠油地面改质技术方案及经济评价研究。针对塔河稠油改质需求和特点,制定了"两级电脱盐+常压闪蒸+热裂化"稠油地面改制工艺技术方案,通过开展工艺模拟计算,得到了各关键节点的操作参数,并完成了轻油收率关键影响参数的敏感性分析以及不同规模下的稠油地面改质工程投资估算。通过建立塔河稠油地面改质方案的经济评价模型,开展了多规模、多油价下稠油地面改质工程方案经济评价。Heavy oil accounts for 50%of the output of Northwest Oilfield.Under the environment of low oil price,the insufficient of light oil and the price difference of light and heavy oil are the two bottlenecks restricting the production improvement and efficiency development of heavy oil.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the technical scheme and economic evaluation of Tahe heavy oil surface modification.According to the demand and characteristics of heavy oil modification in Tahe,the heavy oil surface modification process technical scheme of"two-stage electric desalting+atmospheric pressure flash+thermal cracking"is worked out.Through the process simulation calculation,the operation parameters of each key node are obtained,the sensitivity analysis of key influencing parameters of light oil yield is completed,and the investment estimation of the heavy oil surface modification project under different scales is finished.Through establishing the economic evaluation model of the Tahe heavy oil surface modification scheme,the economic evaluation of the heavy oil surface modification projects under multiple scales and multiple oil prices is carried out.
