摘　　要：随着数字图书馆资源聚合研究的不断深入发展,聚合质量日益成为学者关注的焦点。本文依托数字图书馆资源聚合相关理论,分析数字图书馆资源的质量属性。使用系统动力学方法分析数字图书馆资源聚合组织质量形成动力研究,构建了数字图书馆资源聚合组织质量形成机理模型,为数字图书馆资源组织聚合质量评价提供理论依据。With the continuous development of the research on digital library resources aggregation,the quality of aggregation has become the focus of attention of scholars.Based on the theory of digital library resource aggregation,the paper analyzed quality attribute of digital library resources,used the system dynamics method to analyze the dynamic of the quality formation of the digital library resource aggregation,constructed the quality formation mechanism model of the digital library resource aggregation organization,which provided a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of the digital library resources organization aggregate.
