摘　　要：为帮助学界了解控制错觉理论在信息系统研究中的应用现状,本文梳理了国内外相关文献,发现控制错觉理论在信息系统研究中的应用主要包括两个方面:控制错觉的影响因素及其产生机理研究、控制错觉现象及其影响研究;研究中存在"未能深入解释控制错觉现象产生的原因"、"未能对控制错觉的消极影响提出相应的治理措施"等问题;未来值得关注的研究方向有"深入分析信息系统领域中控制错觉产生的内在机理"、"研究如何减弱控制错觉的消极影响以及如何发挥其积极影响"、"将控制错觉理论应用至新的领域和场景"等。In order to help the academic community to fully understand the application and development of Illusion of Control theory in the field of information system,this paper reviewed the relevant literatures and finds that the researches mainly focused on two aspects:the influence factors and mechanism of illusion of control,illusion of control and its influence.There were some problems in existing researches,such as“studies have not deeply explained the causes of control illusion”,“studies had not proposed corresponding solutions to the negative effects of illusion of control”and so on.The valuable research directions included“in-depth analysis of the internal mechanism of control illusion in the field of information systems”,“how to reduce the negative impact of control illusion and how to exert its positive impact”,“applying control illusion theory to new fields and scenarios”and so on.
