Dy、Tm或Gd单掺杂ZnB_2O_4磷光体的热释光性能研究

摘　　要：通过高温固相法合成了Dy^(3+)、Tm^(3+)、Gd^(3+)单掺杂的ZnB_2O_4磷光体,研究了它们的热释光行为。结果表明,Dy^(3+)或Tm^(3+)单掺杂的ZnB_2O_4磷光体的主热释光峰分别位于224℃和200℃,热释光发射较强,为Dy^(3+)和Tm^(3+)的特征跃迁发射,Gd^(3+)掺杂的ZnB_2O_4磷光体热释光峰位于200℃,发光强度较弱,基本为基质发射。采用峰形法计算了ZnB_2O_4∶0. 04Dy^(3+)磷光体热释发光的动力学参数,其陷井深度E为1. 21 e V,频率因子s为6. 83×1011s-1,遵循二级动力学。The ZnB 2O 4 phosphor single-doped with Dy 3+,Tm 3+or Gd 3+was synthesized by solid-state reaction.The thermoluminescence(TL)characteristics of the three phosphors were studied either.The result showed that there exists a main TL peak at 224℃and 200℃for ZnB 2O 4 phosphor doped with Dy 3+and Tm 3+ions,respectively,corresponding to the characteristic f-f transitions of Dy 3+and Tm 3+ions.There is a weak TL peak at about 200℃for ZnB 2O 4∶Gd 3+phosphor,of which the TL emission comes from the ZnB 2O 4 matrix.Furthermore,the peak shape method was used to evaluate the kinetic parameters of the phosphor of ZnB 2O 4∶0.04Dy 3+.The trap depth E and frequency factors are estimated to be 1.21 eV and 6.83×10 11 s-1,respectively,which indicates that the main TL peak obeys second-order kinetics.
