摘 要:以硅酸钠、氯化铝为主要原料,制备不同铝硅摩尔比的聚硅酸铝(PASiC)絮凝剂,对比聚硅酸铝和市售聚合氯化铝(PAC)对模拟废水浊度和苯酚的去除效果。结果表明,PASiC1(铝硅摩尔比为1. 0)对废水浊度去除率可达99%以上,对苯酚也有4. 6%的去除效果,絮凝剂PAC的苯酚仅去除了1%。PASiC对废水浊度和苯酚的共去除性能较优,为焦化废水的强化混凝预处理提供了有益思路。Polysilicate aluminum(PASiC)coagulant with different molar ratio of aluminum and silicon was prepared by using sodium silicate and aluminum chloride as the main raw materials.The turbidity and phenol removal efficiency of simulated wastewater were compared with that of polysilicate aluminum and commercial polyaluminum chloride(PAC).The results showed that the PASiC 1 can remove more than 99%of the turbidity of wastewater and also remove 4.6%of phenol,while only 1%of phenol is removed by traditional flocculant PAC.PASiC has better performance on turbidity of wastewater and total removal of phenol,which provides a useful idea for the coagulation pretreatment of coking wastewater.
