摘 要:以氧化镍、氧化铁为活性组分、陶粒为载体采用浸渍法制备催化剂。对单组分和复合组分催化剂对制药二级生化出水COD去除率进行研究。对催化剂的焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及催化剂投加量和原水pH这些对臭氧催化氧化较为显著的因素进行了研究。结果表明,复合组分催化剂效果好于单组分催化剂,Ni_xO-F_xO/陶粒催化剂最佳焙烧温度为600℃、焙烧时间为5 h、最佳催化剂投加量为8 g/L、反应初始pH在弱碱性条件下更有利于反应进行,最佳条件下出水COD可达到80%左右。Using nickel oxide and ferric oxide,and ceramic as carrier,the catalyst has been prepared by impregnation method.The single-component and multi-component catalysts were used to study the COD removal rate of pharmaceutical secondary effluent.The factors such as catalyst roasting temperature and roasting time,catalyst dosage and raw water pH were studied which are more significant for catalytic ozone oxidation.The results show that the composite catalyst is better than the one-component catalyst.The optimum roasting temperature of Ni xO-F xO/ceramic catalyst is 600℃,the roasting time is 5 h,the optimum catalyst dosage is 8 g/L,the initial pH under optimal conditions,it is more conducive to the reaction,under the best conditions of effluent COD can reach about 80%.
