摘　　要：梳理了电镀废水易超标排放的污染物,分析了影响金属类污染物和非金属类污染物稳定达标排放的因素,以及技术和管理方面目前存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。The pollutants in electroplating wastewater easily exceeding the discharge limits were summarized.The factors affecting the stable discharge of metal and nonmetal pollutants compliant with the GB 21900–2008 standard were analyzed.The problems in treatment processes and routine management were pointed out.Some countermeasures and suggestions were presented.
